    Enjoy our newly remodeled and professionally designed 1 bed, 1 bath private guesthouse. The stylish and cozy suite includes a full kitchen with brand new appliances, a work space, living room, and bedroom with a closet and ensuite bathroom. It is located just 15 mins away from major destinations, such as ASU, Sky Harbor International Airport, and fun attractions. We offer free parking on the property, in addition to wi-fi, Roku TV and toiletries. We would love to host you!

    Space Details:
    Spacious, cozy, fully equipped and strategic location. You get all the amenities you would get as though you are living in your own home.

    Other things to note:
    Free laundry is included for stays 7 days or longer. For shorter stays, $15.00 surcharge is required for access.

Great clean property. Walking distance to a gym, pool with lazy river, restaurants and stores. Close to freeway. Best stocked VRBO I’ve rented. They even included coffee creamer and non dairy creamer along with fresh water bottles. I highly recommend!!!
