This spacious two-story Chandler home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a convenient half bathroom on the first floor, giving families, business travelers and extended-stay guests plenty of room to settle in comfortably.



All 3 bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom features a King bed, dedicated workspace, TV and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a Queen bed and TV. The Queen bedrooms do not have desks.



Downstairs, the main living area offers a comfortable place to relax together, while the fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything needed for everyday meals or longer stays.



For extra entertainment, the game room includes an air hockey table and 2 arcade-style games. With 5 Roku-style TVs throughout the home, guests have plenty of options for relaxing and streaming.



Step outside to enjoy the private, fully enclosed backyard with patio seating, BBQ grill and swimming pool. The pool is not heated, but it provides a great place to cool off and enjoy the Arizona weather.



Guests also have access to high-speed Cox WiFi, garage and driveway parking, and a free in-home washer and dryer.



With a quiet residential setting and convenient access to Chandler shopping, dining and nearby parks, the home works well for everything from shorter visits to extended stays.

Other Things to Note:

By making a reservation, you confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and hereby agree to adhere to our house rules in their entirety.



1. Check-in begins at 3 pm or later. Check-out must be completed before 11 a.m. Depending on calendar availability, you may request an early check-in or a late checkout. It is not possible to confirm availability until 24 hours before your arrival or departure.



2. On your reservation, you must indicate the number of guests you will be accommodating. Your host must approve any additional guests or visitors.



3. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. We ask that you respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM. Your removal from the property may be the result of your violation after our initial warning. We are located in a residential community, which is a vacation destination but also home to many residents. Therefore, we ask that you respect their privacy and their peaceful environment.



4. Only outside smoking is permitted. Indoor smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. There will be an additional fee of $100 for fumigating the home if smoke odors are detected after check-out.



5. Pets are permitted with the host's approval. Pets should be kenneled when unattended. Pets should not be allowed on furniture or beds. To avoid disturbing neighbors, dogs should not be left barking unattended in the backyard for long periods of time. All dog poop must be picked up prior to checking out or a $25 charge may apply.



6. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses sustained on the premises. All guests accepting this reservation expressly assume the risk of any harm resulting from their use of the premises. The guests recognize that they may purchase personal insurance to protect themselves in these circumstances.



7. In the event that accidents occur, please let us know before departing if the property has been damaged.



8. Because the spa is not included in our nightly rate, the cost per day is $50. Pay only if you use it. As the spa is heated with propane, this charge offsets the cost. The provided instructions must be used for operating the spa.



9. The Host is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the Guest during their stay or left in the property following the end of the reservation or its cancellation. While we strive to ensure the security and safety of all guests and their possessions, guests are solely responsible for their own belongings and are advised to secure their valuables. Should any items be forgotten upon departure, the Guest must notify the Host promptly and we will make a reasonable effort to locate and return such items at the Guest's expense. However, the Host assumes no liability if such items cannot be recovered.
