Cozy Cowboy Condo

The codo has an excellent layout and is well located for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to Mayo Clinic. The air conditioner failed, but the host responded quickly and worked with us to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Cowboy Condo review

Great location. Kitchen could use some additional glasses and silverware. Per my work colleague the smaller shower needs Drano and the smaller twin bed mattresses need to be replaced The master bedroom and shower were awesome. Would stay again if the price remains the same.

Perfect condo for 4 adults! Everything was as advertised in the listing and owner was quick to respond when we had trouble with the wifi! Great location and really cute decor..

We had no working TVs, dishwasher or fan lights. The whole place was out of batteries, light bulbs—the remotes didn’t match the tvs, the sheets were old and pilled. The place needed a lot of TLC, organization and freshening. Kitchen was poorly outfitted—what was there was old and chipped.

Great location

Condo was nicely decorated, bedrooms are seperated and quiet, and living with balcony was a bonus. The pool area was nice and convenient. The location was great!, beautiful neighborhood and close to many restaurants and grocery stores.

Visiting Friends

Excellent communication with Owner/Manager before and after Check-in. Very nicely decorated property and clean. Left a suggestion to get a new coffee pot and the owners were very receptive to any improvement opportunities or suggestions! Very well designed condo with a nice deck with a small electric grill. I would recommend staying here and will likely stay again when in Phoenix visiting friends!

Difficult communication with host, poor reviews, cancelled our stay 12 hours before our arrival nearly ruining our 3-week vacation. Many Red Flags. READ REVIEWS. Should be removed from VRBO. STAY AWAY!!!!

Not worth the money

Dirty wood floors, dirty bathtubs that drain slowly, dog hair on furniture, no remotes for tv’s , owner not responding to messages during visit.

A very nice property

The condo was a very good size I loved the layout with a bathroom and bedroom on one side of the condo and in the totally opposite side was another bedroom and bathroom. No shared bedroom walls. It was nicely decorated! The owner was a pleasure to work with. I have allergies to feathers and down so he went and bought new bedding for me. He did this before we arrived. The parking is in front of the condo. I cannot comment on the pool because we didn't use it.

Great location but poor experience. The first red flag was the digital lock didn’t work. Every time we punched in the code it would flash red and beep. After two attempts we tried the door and thankfully it opened. The owner told us to simply push the lock button, which we did. It still flashed red and beeped at us. This was never fixed and we had to leave the condo unlocked when leaving. Not ideal. The second red flag was the AC was off during record heatwave. The condo was 93F at 12:45AM when we arrived. It took all night to cool down. Not great sleep. The third red flag was no toilet paper, no towels, no washcloths in the master bath or kitchen. Cabinets were empty. We also didn’t have paper towels, dishwashing or laundry soap and check out requires you to do dishes and laundry. I sent a message the next morning that there were no paper products—TP, Kleenex in the master bath. The owners response? We never provide Kleenex. Huh? I think you missed the point. Cleaning was surface level only. Kitchen counters had food remnants from previous renter—dried up rice, onion paper. You could see wipe marks on surfaces in kitchen and bath. Living room rug had debris in it. If that’s the dirt we can see… yikes. We found and folded the “missing” towels in the dryer. Checkout says to wash towels then sheets—towels were in the dryer and sheets were still on the bed. Were we were sleeping on dirty sheets? Most likely. The only laundry soap were empty bottles on the shelf.
