Close (10 minutes) to Spring Training Facility, Westgate, City Lake, Sun City / Sun City Grand and Cardinal's Stadium, etc. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer, dryer, Central Heating and A/C included. Gas fire pit, gas grill. Wi-Fi and plug in internet. All TV's are smart TV.
