Great Location

We stayed here while we helped move our daughter out of her room at the ASU GLV. It’s located a short walk away from the GLV, and also very close to groceries and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed to cook some homemade meals, the furnishings were comfortable, and it was a great place to spend the weekend. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect stay in Tempe, right near campus. Check-in was smooth, great location, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store which helped not having a car. House is exactly as described and very comfortable. Nice small balcony as well to relax on. Nice pool/hot tub area. Host has excellent communication. Would highly recommend and would stay next time traveling through Tempe/Phoenix area.

Michigan to Arizona 2024

We stayed at this complex a few years ago. It was a pleasant 1 bedroom. This year (2024)we decided to stay at the same property in a two bedroom. the two bedroom was very clean spacious private and secure. Loved the area and so much to do close by. Neighbors was very nice. Jay is an excellent manager and was very easy to contact. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

For the price it was good. The location was close to campus and right in the middle of everything so that was nice. The airplanes fly over kinda close so its alittle noisy. But communication was clear and totally awesome. Neighborhood isnt bad, didnt feel like i needed my pepper spray at the ready. The only complaint i have is we are kinda clean freaks because we work in a medical type industry. So we take cleaning wipes to light switches, door handles and all surfaces. There were still crumbs on tge table and kitchen counter. There were tiny splatters on walls and cabinets in kitchen. It was obvious the switches hadn't been sanitized in a while. They had some random products in the shower that just kinda said "yucky and cheap" so thats the only suggestion i can make is to deep clean this location and keep up on it. But honestly for the price it was good.
