Airport Distance: The home is located about 20–25 minutes (roughly 12–14 miles) from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), making arrivals and departures quick and convenient.

Other Things to Note:

Extended Stays (28+ nights): A credit card on file is required, along with our separate terms and conditions (available upon request). Any reduction in the length of stay will incur a $500 fee plus 10% of the price difference.



Utilities for Extended Stays: For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately to pass along the benefit of a substantial monthly discount. All other costs such as Wi-Fi, cable TV, tax, and biweekly cleaning are included. Average electricity runs about $300/month (higher in summer, lower in winter). A $300 refundable electricity deposit is required to confirm your reservation and will be applied to your final bill; any overage will be billed and any credit refunded. Check-in details are sent only after this deposit is received. Payment can be made via Airbnb or directly over the phone.



Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of $1,000 applies to bookings made within 7 days of arrival. The deposit is collected prior to check-in and refunded within a few business days of departure (depending on your banks processing time) as long as there is no damage, rule violation, or excessive cleaning needed.



Insurance Policy: Renter understands that the property's insurance policy covers only the physical property and the owner's personal property within it; it does not cover the belongings of the Rental Party or their guests. We recommend Renter obtain traveler's or renter's insurance if additional coverage is desired.
