Hotel is on one of the major roads. It is clean, breakfast has only 4 items, but coffee is good. Nothing special but nothing to complain about.

Everyone was great here. Jim was especially very helpful and friendly. He definitely defines what Thai culture is about. Always smiling and friendly. I couldnt ask for a better hotel and staff. It was under a little construction but it never effected my stay. Big thumbs up to this hotel. Bed was comfy as well.

I erroneously booked 2 rooms for a day I had already paid for. The staff at the hotel contacted Expedia provided step-by-step instruction to resolve my double payment, but the hotel elected not to refund my money or to apply it to a subsequent night's stay (they wanted us to pay for two rooms for an additional night, and to pocket my money rather than to provide a constructive solution. I had asked the hotel staff to provide me with the number of the hotel manager or the owner (BMW 750 parked just outside the front door) on several occasions, but the staff refused to provide it, stating he was "on vacation". I told the hotel staff that I was on vacation, too, but that made no difference to them. Oddly, the night before we had received a call from the front desk, at midnight, waking us and asking us to come downstairs regarding our room. When we arrived, the night auditor was with the front desk staff, and told us our duplicate payment would be applied to the next night, and that everything was all right, not to worry. We woke, went out shopping and to do some errands, and returned to the hotel to find the same front office staff present, telling us that the manager had refused to apply the payment, and asked us to pay for another nights stay for two rooms. While we were waiting, a German traveler walked in the front door, and told us he had the same experience with the hotel keeping his money. The manager and over of the hotel are crooks.

Best value for a hotel in Phitsanulok. There is only one hotel better than this hotel in Phitsanulok and given the price difference between that hotel and this hotel, the Zense Boutique Hotel is a better value. This was our third stay in three straight years with our child and this hotel is child friendly and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for families. We stayed nine nights and the service was consistent and good. We had dinner in the hotel in some of the nights for convenience and the food was decent. If you are doing road trips up northern Thailand, we would recommend in staying at this hotel since it is on the main road that connects Bangkok to the northern provinces and also the road to Sukhothai. Don't forget swim suits since there is a kid friendly pool at the hotel.

เข้าพักที่ห้อง 414 ครั้งนี้รู้สึกแปลกที่ wifi ไม่แรงเหมือนทุกครั้งที่มา แถมโชคร้ายตอนกลางคืนถึงเพิ่งทราบว่าห้องข้างๆมีเด็กมาด้วยถึง3คน เล่นเปิดปิดประตูถึงเกือบเที่ยงคืน เลยแจ้งreception ว่าต้องขอเปลี่ยนห้องพรุ่งนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ คุณทรงพล รับเรื่อง และเตรียมพร้อมมาก พอตอนเช้าลงมาทานอาหารเช้า คุณทรงพลมาขออภัย(กับเสียงจากห้องข้างๆ) และเมื่อทานอาหารเช้าแล้ว ก็มาช่วยดำเนินการย้ายของไปห้อง 419 อย่างเรียบร้อย แถมห้อง 419 นีเ wifi กลับมาแรงเหมือนเดิมด้วย

Second stay with the same excellent experience

Good safe and quiet place for my family to stay. Kid friendly hotel. Very nice staff with good service. This is our top pick for visiting Phitsanulok area. This was our second stay at this hotel. We would book this hotel again for our next visit here in Dec 2019.

One night stay

Great place, large size. We had a car otherwise not much around within walking distance. Only downside was we found hair on the bathroom floor and in living area that suggests it wasn't cleaned that well. When we reported it and someone came to look, she said someone would come clean it, but nobody ever did. We were driving from Chiang Rai to Bangkok and this was a good half way point to stay for a night.

Simplesmente sensacional! Funcionarios extremamente simpaticos, prestativos e educados. O quarto é sensacional! Decoracao moderna, luxuoso e muito confortavel. Nao esperavamos tudo isso pelo valor que pagamos. A piscina é maravilhosa tambem. O cafe da manha tem pouca variedade, mas esta bem acima da media dos outros hoteis que ficamos na Tailandia. Da para se virar bem. Tem bastante comida tailandesa, porem da para passar bem. Adoramos e voltariamos com toda certeza. Incrivel mesmo, ainda mais pelo preço extremamente baixo.

Clean, bright, comfortable boutique hotel

We stopped in Phitsanulok for two nights en route to Bangkok from Chiang Mai and we were delighted with the choice of this hotel, which only opened in October 2016. The rooms were clean and bright, and the beds and linen were exceptional.
