"I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. The main reason I chose it was the convenient location, and it did not disappoint. Having a shopping mall directly attached to the hotel is a huge advantage. The mall is large enough to be lively and well-stocked, but not so large that it feels overcrowded or chaotic. What truly stood out, however, was the breakfast buffet staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuinely positive attitude completely changed how I experienced the hotel. Every single staff member I interacted with was smiling, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. It wasn’t just one person — it was all of them. Because of them, this stay felt noticeably different from other hotels I’ve stayed at. When I think of this hotel now, I immediately think of that team and their energy.
