The home includes dedicated parking, washer and dryer, and high-speed Verizon Fios fiber optic internet. For entertainment, there are four 55-inch HD/4K smart TVs provided—one in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one in each bedroom. A sound bar is also available in the living room.
Both bedrooms are fully stocked. Both beds are topped with high quality 4 inch memory foam mattress toppers for your comfort. “Queen sized clouds ☁️ 🛌 you will sleep on.”

Mr. Hulmeville was absolutely perfect! We have stayed in quite a few Vrbo’s and this was, by far, the cleanest! Beds were super comfortable and the split AC/heating units kept the place at a perfect temp! We only stayed for 2 nights and did a lot of visiting with family and eating out but the kitchen was fully stocked for a longer stay and home cooking! The short walk to Neshaminy Creek was a bonus as was the adorable coffee shop down the street, Johnson’s Coffee House(not positive on the name). We will definitely be back!

experience was great , everything looked exactly how it did in the pictures . Neighborhood was great very peaceful and quiet. Host was very nice and respectful. Only thing i would say is the host does send a lot of text i personally would fall back on the text just a lil so guest can enjoy there time at the bnb but over than that 10/10 experience would come back !
This place was perfect for my family to stay while house renovations were being performed. Mr. Gregg was an amazing host- very generous, informative, understanding, flexible, and communicative. He really went above and beyond, and the property was super clean, beautiful, and convenient.
Perfect spot, convenient to a lot of good places to shop/eat/drink. We stayed here when we went to sesame place. The place was very clean, furnished and had a lot of great amenities. You can tell the host has great attention to detail! We utilized the back patio and ate dinner outside. The host was very responsive and organized throughout the whole trip. I highly recommend staying here.
Everything was so amazing. The house was clean and so spacious. We used the site for my bridal party to get ready for my wedding! The photographers got incredible pictures from the porch and backyard. It’s picture perfect! Everything was very clean as well. Jerry was so communicative and easygoing which made this stay a breeze.
Great location, our host had the house in top condition. Host had lots of information on things to do in the local area. We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend it to everyone and look forward to staying here again.

Gregg is always easily accessible, abundantly clear on the check-in and check out parameters, the property is well kept/cozy and clean. The house was perfect for our short stay! We enjoyed how close it was to Sesame Place, some delicious food, a playground, and all other amenities we needed! Loved the coffee shop you could walk to! We enjoyed breakfast on the front porch as well!

Very clean & nice location! Sesame Street place only about 10 min drive. The beds were not queen size, they were a full at best...this would be my only gripe. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Would stay here again!
The place was clean and accommodating. Nice little touches to make you feel like valued guests. We only stayed for one night to be close to a concert at the Parx Casino, so the location was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
