This is a recently renovated studio apartment. There is a fully equipped kitchen that consists of everything you need to prepare meals. The full bathroom contains an elegantly tiled shower w/ tub. The comfortable memory foam queen bed sits in front of a beautifully exposed brick accent wall. Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries are always stocked for our guests. There is also a walk-in closet that includes amenities such as a luggage rack, hangers, lint brush, iron and ironing board. In-unit washer and dryer are included for your convenience.
Ideal location close to Penn and Drexel campuses and within 10 minutes of many attractions including Center City. Accessible via public transportation and 2 blocks from an Indego bikeshare station. There is free street parking on the block. Get to PHL airport in under 20 mins and to 30th St Station in 8 mins.
