The Space:

This newly built mid-century–inspired home is located on the second floor of a three-story building and offers 1,500 sq. ft. of stylish comfort. The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ideal for families, business travelers, and groups of friends — accommodating up to 9 guests comfortably.



Please note that this unit is on the second floor and requires the ability to walk up one flight of stairs.



Living Room

Enjoy a spacious, tastefully decorated Bohemian–Glam lounge with a plush sofa and a 70” HDTV equipped with Amazon Fire TV, ready for you to log into your favorite streaming apps. (Please note: bedrooms do not have TVs.)



Dining Area

The open-concept dining area comfortably seats four guests, with additional seating options available throughout the home for larger groups.



Bedrooms: Each private bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed, soft linens, and ample storage. A folding twin cot is also provided in the master bedroom closet for added sleeping flexibility.



Comfort & Climate: The home features a mini-split climate system managed by a Cielo Smart Thermostat, making it easy to control heating and cooling for the entire unit. Please note that this is a single-zone system, meaning all rooms must be set to the same mode (for example, cool, heat, or fan) to function properly. Individual room temperatures can vary slightly based on your preference, but keeping the same mode across all units prevents system errors.



Designed for Everyone: Perfect for families, business travelers, and group getaways, this home combines high-end design with the ease of modern living.



Neighborhood & Vibe: This residential community is known for its vibrant, friendly atmosphere. During warmer months — especially weekends — you’ll see neighbors barbecuing, playing music, or kids enjoying games in the street. It’s part of what makes the block feel alive and welcoming!



Note: There are no TVs in the bedrooms, ensuring a restful and peaceful night’s sleep for all guests.



Guest Access: Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment — including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and laundry space.



Self Check-In: We offer convenient self check-in for all guests. Access codes will be provided on the day of your arrival after all required check-in steps are completed.

If prerequisites are not met, access codes cannot be released.



In-Person Check-In (Optional)

If you prefer an in-person check-in, we’re happy to arrange it with advance notice.

Please note that if additional staff are needed, a small service fee will apply — we only charge what we pay our team, with no markup.



Early Check-In or Luggage Drop-Off

We understand travel schedules can vary. Early check-in or luggage storage can sometimes be arranged depending on staff availability.

As with in-person check-ins, any staffing costs are passed through at cost only.
