It is also located close to downtown Phoenixville, and so we walked to and from the shops and restaurants. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the neighborhood. Communicating with the owner was easy, and his information sheet for house instructions and local recommendations was very helpful.
