The The company SoSuite rents this unit and it is not managed well. The floors had not been cleaned at all - hair everywhere and so much dirt it turned the bottom of our shoes and socks black. The master bathroom toilet handle was broken. The shower had not been thoroughly cleaned and the shampoo dispenser broken/empty, and no hand soap dispenser provided in the second bathroom. The couch is a stylish futon that is not at all comfortable to sit on and the living room is cramped with a 6 chair dining room table. We left a day earlier than booked. SoSuite said they would refund the cleaning fee since my partner and I had to clean ourselves upon arrival, but I have not yet received a credit. ##### Cheryl S.
