TERRIBLE POLICY - Sosuite at the Onyx-Museum District - Stay Sept 25-27, 2026 I requested a date change more than 3 days before my stay (Sept 25-27, 2026) and they denied any change and any refund. Absolutely no flexibility. They also require a $250 refundable damage deposit (10 days to refund) or a $50 NON-refundable fee. This is a rip-off. Avoid this property. There are much better and fairer options in the area.

It was my birthday and my daughter set me up with this Sosuite spot. I choose a city view suite . I was not disappointed. The suite was spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. To see the.night sky and sun set was calming to my spirit. The ease of no staff checking in was quite scary at first but I came to appreciate it and valued the privacy it provided. A full kitchen and laundry was available in the suite and, that added to feel of comfort. I would recommend this spot to others as an excellent option for a philly place to stay when visiting.

I really enjoyed my stay. I would have rated it 5 stars, except one of pillow cases had stains on them and they should provide more linen and toilet tissue in the bathroom The location is convenient to everything. The all the guests were courteous. The apartment and building were clean. The hosts responses were immediate and very much appreciated

Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it - but SoSuites still rented us this unit. We were only offered a room transfer on the 5th day of our stay, so we decided to stay in the suite we were assigned. We were compensated with some KeyCash from Expedia for the portion of the stay we booked through them as a "goodwill gesture", and were refunded the one-night extension we booked directly through SoSuites. My bottom line: though I did receive some compensation for the inconvenience (multiple calls and texts to maintenance, requiring several visits), I'll be reluctant to work with a company in the future that advertises a fully equipped kitchen and then knowingly rents us a kitchen with a major broken appliance that they won't fix. We expected more from SoSuites.

It was a beautiful little apartment / suite. The view was nice of the city. The room its self was really nice and had great storage. The bathroom was gorgeous and spacious as well as the kitchen! Everything was very up to date & easy to use although the pull out bed in the couch was a little weird to sleep on at least in the room we stayed in but over everything else was a 10/10! Also, due to the location being where it was it was such a great and easy spot to walk and get food or explore the city! I highly recommend booking with SoSuites. They make your stay very easy & enjoyable.

There was no staff member available in person to check me in at the hotel, which made the arrival process frustrating. After checkout, i still had a full day in Philadelphia as my flight was in the evening but there was no luggage storage available, so I had nowhere to leave my bags. In addition, my damage waiver deposit was not returned. They said it is non refundable even though nothing was damaged. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

The whole place was filthy when we arrived; stained sheets, hair on the floor, dusty, soap from previous guest. We picked this place because it was supposed to be a queen with pull out sofa for 3 people. Well the pullout sofa couldn't be used. There was a sign saying don't open it. So, my 6'2 brother had to sleep on that short couch. So uncomfortable! I asked for a partial refund and they refused. They only sent someone to do another cleaning. I will never stay at another SoSuites.
