First I would say the pricing for this unit was fair. I should have realized there were issues because it was less expensive. If there is more than one of you (my adult son came) and you are going to come back to the unit late at night, there is only one key fob so the 2nd person has no access unless I woke at 2am to go downstairs and let him in. He ended up staying in his sister’s dorm defeating the whole purpose of getting a 2BR. Second, the bathroom is tiny and I mean tiny. The vanity is so small you can’t maybe just rest your toothbrush and toothpaste. And there is no shelving nearby to put your stuff. The bathroom floor wasn’t spotless so it was a bit unnerving. Last, if I recall, there was no shade on the upstairs bedroom window so no room darkening. Since I was mostly there to sleep that was disappointing. I do remember the beds being comfortable and my kids thought the loft was very cool but you are not in a very nice area so plan on taking an Uber everywhere. Also parking is only on the street and that’s not easy. I didn’t review this right away because I felt bad but I just got another request and decided I should review. I will stay at a hotel on the UPenn campus for sure next time. ##### Michele S.
