It was the outside noise that wasn't. Construction was going on Friday and Saturday. Right outside our window people were moving into a building right behind the building all day Friday and Saturday. The neighbors next door was constantly making noise. No television so my girlfriend and I went and brought one because the weather was kind of funny one day. Went up to the rooftop deck and that turned out to be just a roof. Nothing special. The bathroom was nice except for the air vent that was going on all night long.
