The hotel needs renovation the bathroom toilet had burn melts on the seat and rust in the toilet itself, the bathroom shower had rust and stains. The card scanner on the door keeps reading the room key but the door wasn’t opening .overall the rooms need an upgrade. Everything seemed run down and old technology equipment.

When we went into the room, it smells like clorox. Bed were comfy. Bathroom was clean. There was not a lot of options for food and drinks on-site. We were there for a wedding, so it was good for one night.

The rooms were dated.and need a whole lot of TLC. The pool area was nasty and water foggy. You have literally nothing to do. The bar area is not too bad however there is nothing to do but steer in the bartenders face.

Nice, clean property but be careful if you close the bathroom door. Got locked in because the handle was faulty. Thankfully had the cell phone in there and was able to call the front desk to be let out but how embarrassing to have two strangers see you in a towel in the middle of the night! They confirmed the hadle was indeed in need of replacement. Can't imagine what would of happened without a cell phone? Please note, this was a handicapped room which could have made things much more difficult.

The check in time took an hour due To call outs and front desk was very clear how she felt. Wasn’t able to utilize the pool because they had to clean and drain and never notified of this. The main reason for booking was for the pool. We couldn’t use it the night before because too kids were there with no supervision and acting a mock. Kids running and yelling thru the hallways past midnight. Woke up to a fight happening at 2-3 am in the middle of the hallway. This will not be a place I will go back to. The night supervisor was very good and the GM did give 25% odd the first night but still not worth the amount I paid for 2 nights.

Stayed here for 2-3 days and Will never stay here again, the tv didn’t work at all, older lady at the front desk kept saying all the tvs in the building glitch due to comcast, the tub was dirty and had permanent stains, the pool was packed full of kids 25/7, plus me and my boyfriend were given a joint room we didn’t ask for and it was nothing but noise
