8\. Neighborhood Courtesy and Quiet Hours: Be considerate of your neighbors by refraining from making loud noises after 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.  
9\. Linen Care: We ask that you keep all bed sheets, linens, and towels clean. Any items found to be damaged, stained, or otherwise requiring replacement will be charged at retail price.  
10\. Energy Conservation: Please ensure all electronic devices such as the TV, lights, fans, AC/heating units, etc., are turned off upon checkout.  
11\. Checkout Policy: Guests must depart by their scheduled checkout time. Delays that impede our housekeeping staff may result in additional fees.

#### Great spot to easily access all parts of the city

Great location on South st. Easy walking to most everything. Home was well appointed and comfortable. Overall a great stay. Street noise can be loud late into the evenings - but you are on South st. Parking was on the street but not hard to find open spots. I would definitely stay again
