I stayed for 3 nights and reached out on the first day regarding issues with the WiFi — the provided network was not listed, and I never received a response. I also messaged about the TV, as all the apps were showing in black and white. I even sent a picture, but again, no reply. Additionally, for a 3-night stay, I expected at least an extra towel or some form of light room service, but nothing was provided.
