This unit has the most prime location that Philadelphia has to offer. Walk outside to the city\`s most desirable restaurants, lounges, cafes, and tourist destinations. Unit comes fully equipped with every essential item you would need for a short of long term stay. Washer & dryer also in building & unit

✔️ Essential toiletries (Towels, Bed sheets, Shampoo, Bath soap and Toilet paper)  
  
✔️ Fully stocked Kitchen w/all necessary utensils, pots, and pans to make a full meal

✔️ Kitchen amenities: Drip coffee maker, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Blender  
  
Guests will have access to the entire unit during their stay. No areas of the apartment are shared with anyone else.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction  
  
❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit

🔇 No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home  
  
🚫 Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay
