Great place for a large group

This was a great place for our group, in town for a conference. It was easy to get into the conference area and provided plenty of space.

Perfect Place for a Girls Weekend

My friends and I came from all over to spend the weekend in Philly. Yancy was super communicative and helped make the whole weekend a breeze. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go and the space was the perfect size for a large group — plenty of room to hang out together, while also having space to decompress. Such a cute place to stay!

Family and friends weekend

We stayed here as two families of 5 each, with 6 kids 11 and under. The property has a common entry but is actually two different units on two floors. 3BR in one unit and 3BR in the other. Each has its own family area but there is not a common area for both units together, which was a limitation for our trip. Neighborhood area seems to be going through an update with new construction in some spots but older homes as well. We didn’t walk anywhere so can’t comment on that. Neighbors were kind. Host was kind and communicative, and helped whenever we needed them.

Our group enjoyed our stay. This is actually 2 separate units (shared entryway) with 3 bedrooms and 1 small living room each, which worked well for our group. The kitchens were stocked with basic cooking equipment - nothing fancy but enough to cook breakfast or a simple meal. There are several good breweries in walking distance. The host was very responsive to messages.

The apartments were nice. Although I thought I was getting a six bedroom house. That was not the case, it's two separate apartments. The streets are very load, too hard to sleep at night. Every night there was lots of talking and or music starting about 1:00 going on for a few hours.
