"We appreciated the complimentary coffee and filtered water. The guest amenity closet is a nice touch. Even though we didn’t need anything extra during our stay, we appreciated the convenience of it. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, attractions, etc., in this area. It could get really crowded and busy at times.
We were just annoyed that we had to take a one floor elevator to the lobby and another to our room. The stairs to the lobby were blocked off for some reason. It would be more convenient for us to use the stairs instead of the elevator.
Overall, we’d recommend it for the location, cleanness, and the service."
