    This newly renovated building boasts a unique 1960's mod library theme. The 2 King Bedroom unit is equipped with expansive windows revealing beautiful views of Philadelphia, a Smart TV, and fully stocked kitchen.

    You will reside at the heart of the new cultural center of Philadelphia, best of arts and universities, award winning restaurants, The Met Theatre, and exciting nightlife laid at your feet. The top it off you will also be steps from center city. :)

    The broad street line which connects north and south Philly is steps away. You can also catch a lot of bus routes from this location. The best part is you can get around just walking.

Pros- place was clean, had fresh linens and a comfortable bed. Rooftop was nice as well. Cons- no mention of extra fees (have to pay for early check in/late check out- by the hour- and have to pay for parking pass if staying less than 3 nights) Misleading title and description until you get the “house rules” AFTER booking. No balcony in unit, only rooftop access. Did not get arrival instructions until 10 mins before arrival time. Getting into the building was confusing with 8 steps to follow. Parking was a bit of a challenge- close to building but no access to stairwell without a code, which was not provided. Had to walk up the garage ramp for the cars. Coffee was empty upon arrival, host had a staff member deliver more, but unfortunately it was only decaf AND there were no coffee filters to even brew it. Will not be biking here again.

Really clean and in perfect working order. A bit tricky to get into for the first time (call buttons, key pads, etc) but easy after that. The main door is not on a main street so i had to wlak around a buut to find it initially. easily walkable to the Met which was our main reason for staying.

Such a great space! Beautiful inside and so clean - which is always the most important to me when choosing a place to stay. Easiest check out process I’ve ever had with a Vrbo. Safe neighborhood and building (love that you need a code or key fob to enter), easy parking all around. Just 15-20 minutes away from walking to so much! Hosts are quick to respond to any needs while there. I would 100% stay here again when returning to Philly in the future. Highly recommend visiting the Franklin Institure while in the city!

Loved this rental. Bed was comfy with extra blankets and pillows easily found. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and spices and all the cooking gear needed. The location was incredibly close to the Met and a mile to Temple University. The rooftop view was gorgeous and had lots of seating options. I suggest requesting the parking option from the hosts, it makes life so much easier. House was clean and comfy and so safe.

This apartment was very clean and had everything we needed! If you are going to a show at the met, it’s a five minute walk! It is just down the street! Perfect location to stay when you’re seeing a show! Also, there is plenty of off street parking. Bonus that there is an Aldi’s right next door! So very convenient! I would definitely recommend! 10/10!

First, the check in time is 5pm - I've stayed all over the world with rental units, and this is the latest time I've ever experienced. They don't give you ANY check-in instructions until 30 minutes before check-in! The instructions tell you to go to an address on N Park Ave, instead of the published Expedia address of Ridge Ave, leading us to believe we were staying elsewhere! Turns out it's just the other side of the building. Then it tells us to "call" the unit number on the outside call box to get into the front door. We tried 6 times and it didn't work. We finally reached the owner and he got is in the door. The instructions then give you a lock box number which is a box opposite the front door of the unit, which worked, but the lock box was EMPTY! The owner said they would be there in 10 mins, but it took until 5:40pm to get the fob. The unit APPEARS clean on the surface but the floor is dirty along with a dirt-caked bathroom fan. The 4-section couch in the living room is broken in two sections - took pics. The bed is extremely hard. The shower head is awful and just kind of spurts water. Upon leaving, we were instructed to put the fob back into the lock box, but after successfully using the code to get into the box upon arrival (to find it empty), the code, after 6 attempts, didn't work. So we put it in the unit instead, and they gave us a hard time about that. This is nowhere near the main center with museums and "Mall" - must uber or train.
