NYE Girls Weekend

Nice, clean property. The neighborhood is North Philly, just be aware when booking this during holiday weekends as it can be a bit loud. Projection in living room is awesome! Definitely would return again!!

Unfortunately a great disappointment.

On first sight the appartement looked quite nice. Unfortunately this first impression did not last. The appartement was very dirty and run down. There were only blankets for four people allthough we booked for five. The kitchen was equipped with nearly nothing and there was stuff from the previous tenant in the really disgustingly dirty fridge. The contact with the landlord was not really friendly and we had to obtain all details regarding the keycode and so on all by ourselves.
