My cozy Suite is a second floor Suite, including a living area, Queen size bed, kitchen, and one bathroom. It is very comfortable and clean. Located in the heart of Center City, it's less than 10 minutes walk to U Penn, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Hospital of UPenn, and walking distance to Riverwalk, museums and City Hall. Best neighborhood in the city. Enjoy a queen size bed with fresh linens, a 55" flat screen TV , wifi Download 913.79 MBPS and upload 940.61 Mbps High speed.

Please be respectful of bedsheets and towels. Makeup / foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach/linens towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Please use our provided makeup washcloths.

You need to take one flights of stairs to reach the unit as there are NO ELEVATORS in the building.
