Directly across the street from the Convention Center and just around the corner from the iconic Reading Terminal Market. Leave your car at home and step right outside to explore all of Philadelphia’s top tourist destinations. The unit includes high-speed internet and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short- or long-term stay.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building and requires climbing three flights of stairs. For added safety, the building is equipped with security cameras in the hallways that monitor activity at all times. The unit is thoroughly deep cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We’re always just a quick message away and ready to assist with any questions or needs during your stay.

Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7.

PETS:
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count on Airbnb. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.

Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
❌ No more than 2 guests are allowed in the home at any time
❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
❌ No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
🔇 No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
🚫 Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay
