The unit was clean but had many items that needed fixing: rattling bathroom fan, towel rack ripped out of wall, closet doors broken. TP provided (thank goodness!) but no other paper products such as kleenex which becomes more of a challenge when travelling, same with no hair dryer. Suggest simple fixes for owners of slipcovering ripped futon and cleaning or covering filthy bedroom rug will improve future guest and unit marketing experiences.
