Great family getaway

We stayed here for two nights with two kids and two dogs. The Carriage House has a great layout for a family trip, with three sizeable bedrooms that are well located away from the living room and kitchen. The outdoor space is great and there were flowers blooming all around the outside.

Family Reunion

Great location with charming ambience. Kitchen & bathrooms are all well stocked. Served 5 senior adults well (although anyone with mobility issues would have difficulty). Will probably stay here again if I’m in the area.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient

This property is beautifully maintained and contains all of the amenities we wanted. Three bedrooms accomodated our group comfortably, and the availability of two full bathrooms is a true luxury. It's exquisitely quiet on this property, yet convenient to so much in the western Philly suburbs. In short, we enjoyed a superb stay here, and we can fully recommend it.

Cozy place to gather with friends

The property was easily accessed, with more space than expected - my fiancee and several of her friends stayed there the weekend of her bridal shower and they loved having the space to be together, have a cozy dinner, and chat.

Wonderful stay outside the city

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was just as described. Sheila was a wonderful host. She was even going to help us find our elderly, blind cat when we thought he had escaped.

This property is a welcome respite from the busy vibe that comes from traveling. My family was in town for a wedding. We found the space to be very comfortable, well appointed and clean. The host has paid special attention to small details which makes a huge difference in comfort and atmosphere. The beds were comfortable; the space was private and safely off the street in a beautiful neighborhood.I highly recommend this property and host.

Great place to stay! We were in the area for a family reunion, and this home was conveniently located and perfect for us. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet setting. The 3 bedrooms upstairs had multiple beds with very cozy linens. There are 2 luxurious bathrooms, a handy kitchen with everything we needed, and a livingroom with lots of seating. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier and wi-fi is available. All in all, we’d highly recommend this place!

Great Weekend!

Had a great weekend at the cottage! Sheila, the owner was very responsive and communication was great! The cottage had plenty of room for our family of six that was in Philadelphia for an event. It was such a great alternative to staying in the city yet very close to visit the city for the event and sightseeing. Very clean and had all the amenities that we needed!!
