They canceled my reservation in less than 5hr notice, and i lost money and time because of sudden cancelation. This was my 1st time using vrbo and was very bad experience

Latifah’e home was clean and beautiful. She was an excellent host communicating promptly and clearly and she was very helpful with everything I needed. Will definitely be staying here in the future .
