Dirty, disgusting, nasty
This apartment had trash hidden in every corner, nothing worked. Appliances were either broken or dirty or both. Sheets were stained. Cigarette burns on the mattress. Used condoms under the bed. And to make things really fun, someone else came into this unit while we were gone and just hung out. Apparently this property owner does not change the passcode. Not safe. Not worth your money.

STAY AWAY. This property really should not be listed on Expedia or Vrbo. Every surface in this place was dirty, there were visible fingerprints, the futon didn’t even have 3 legs attached, the building and neighborhood felt like dumping grounds in the projects, and the signs in the house with the ‘rules’ made it feel like a halfway house. Expedia referred me to Vrbo for Customer service, who, despite the fact they asked for pics and I sent them as evidence so I could get at least a partial refund, they indicated they would only allow a refund if the owner approved. So much for the need for evidence. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GARBAGE OWNERS.

Worst property ever-not fit or safe for anyone!
We left the premises on our first night after only three hours as the property was intolerable for many discrepancies from there details about the property on line. I found a similar review on line for this same location back in March, so it has happened before. The kitchen fridge did not work and very dirty. There were hardly any utensils to use and cupboards and all shelving had never been cleaned. The landlord promised (verbally) to come the next day to correct and clean. We are not going back and we have found alternative accommodation. I am seeking a full refund. This location/site is a disaster and discredit to your company. Not a great vacation as advertised. Dead roaches in cabinet, exposed mice traps in bedroom grass had not been cut in months stairwells carpet smelled of mildew had a three day rental only stayed 1 night no refund this place give VRBO a bad name should be removed from your listing immediately

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK
The Property at D Plaza should be removed from your platform because it is in Violation. Serious Health hazards and Safety issues. There we're rodent and pest living comfortably in home it was a roach parties in both kitchen and bathroom. Host refused to refund me insisted on sending a woman to clean (which she never did) hence my list of proof/photos. All she did was bring towels that were barely clean while her granddaughter drew on the walls. I can not make this up if I wanted to. This property is OUTDATED and OUTRIGHT DISGUSTING. Host does not update Bedroom/ Door entrance Codes either upon my stay codes were kept the same for 3 separate guest.

Quick overnight stay
No communication at all from owners. The property looks nicer in the photos than in person. There were dishes in the drying rack and in the dishwasher, so makes me think it was recently used - not sure of the turnaround time. Linens were nice and clean, but everything else could have used a good scrubbing. There was no parking space in front as indicated. I had to park down the street. But check-in was easy, and we were only there for 10 hours so it was perfect for us.
