"Tv was very difficult to use toilet issues sink had a leaking faucet and the jetted didn’t work in the tub. This was a king room. Bed didn’t seem like it was a king. Stayed here 2weels prior only it was a double queen and had no issues so what ever. "

"I stayed on the 3rd floor. The traffic was super loud. My friend on the 7th floor said they couldn't hear the traffic. The AC vents were closer to the bathroom nook area, not close to the bed. The AC kept turning off all night and the room did not stay cool. Older hotel, bathtub was peeling. The lobby/room had a weird scent. The beds were comfy like usual Westin. Pools and gym were nice."

"Experience here was ok, called ahead and asked about late check out and was told I was able to add that onto my stay at check in and the latest available time for check out was 4pm. once I got to check in they were surprised I had asked for late check out at 4 pm and said they did not do that, they contacted their manager and the manager was unable to approve this. the latest available time they had was 1pm. Had I known they were unable to do 4pm late checkout I wouldn’t have booked here or would have just booked for another night at the time I booked. Other than this the stay was good everything was cleaned and well maintained, breakfast was a little lacking with their automatic pancake machine undercooking the pancakes. Would book here again but wouldn’t be my first choice."

"Love love love the no smoke policy and i didn't run into any second hand smoke or third hand smoke. The bathroom needs more cleaning Calcium build up, thru out the Establishment. The Pool was nice but the Hot tub wasn't working, it was cold. Also they have a small business area one computer and a 24 hour gym. "

"This was the perfect home base for a visit with my daughter who lives in San Antonio. The backyard is lovely! We used the pool and the putting green. This house is one of the best stocked vacation homes I've ever seen. We had everything we needed and things we didn't even know we needed. The owners left a thoughtful welcome basket with some fun snacks. There were plenty of places to hang out and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk in. The house is in a great location-close to restaurants, shopping, the airport and anything you want to see in San Antonio."

"Room 215 needs to have the tub fixed. The shower works but no water comes out of spout to take tub bath. Also, the sink faucet dispenses water very slowly. "

"Parking was easy and secure, room was spacious, ac was cold, the bed was comfy, amd i was close to the highway "
