Disliked: Cleanliness
I expected this property to be clean and well-maintained since it is located inside a golf resort complex, but the reality was completely the opposite. The floor was crawling with ants, and the kitchen utensils were so dirty that we didn't even want to touch them. The entire villa was old and poorly maintained, making our stay very uncomfortable. Even though it was a four-bedroom villa, there was only one hairdryer for the entire property, and it was such a cheap, low-quality one that you wouldn't even expect to find it in a budget motel. Considering how expensive this accommodation was, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. If you are going to charge this much, you should at least provide basic cleanliness and properly maintained facilities.
