About this property

Sítio Quietude - Paty do Alferes/Miguel Pereira - undisturbed view

  • Site with more than 33 thousand m², located 2 hours and a half from the center of Rio and 20 minutes from the center of Paty do Alferes.

    Completely wooded and undeveloped, it is the highest site in the area.

    The house has 2 floors and over 300 m² of built area. The top floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 suite and 1 external room to the house with bathroom near, kitchen with table for 8 people, attached pantry, charming living room with fireplace and integrated to the dining room with balcony overlooking the mountains and swimming pool. Lower level with access to the pool, it has a games area, pool table, built-in barbecue and dining table, steam sauna for up to 10 people, shower, toilet and rest area.

    In the lower floor we have 2 swimming pools, one with whirlpool and one with shallow and deep part. We have ombrelone and 4 sun loungers, outdoor shower and an arbor with grill, pizza oven, wood stove, refrigerator and tables with chairs.

    The bathrooms on the top floor have hot water from the electric boiler, the externp has electric shower and the lower floor water heats up when the sauna is switched on.

    The house has a Smart TV with open channels and sky. We also have a dollhouse and open ground to park several cars.
