This hotel is even better in person! The service was outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really comfy & well decorated. The breakfast area is stunning with animal art/paintings all over, wonderful music playing and the food was delicious and varied. They even made “sagu” for us and this wasn’t even on their menu. 10 out of 10!

O hotel é lindo e tem uma localização excelente. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. As piscinas são pequenas, mas atendem bem. O café da manhã tem várias opções feitas na hora.

Agradável. Staff muito boa. Comida muito boa. Ducha muito boa. Casarão antigo, histórico. Meu quarto um pouco barulhento com a rua, mas não tem jeito. Senti um pouco empoeirado e me deu alergia. Por se tratar de um casarão, as vezes teve umas lagartixas no quarto. Mas ir pra mata é assim mesmo. A massagista Elis é ótima. Fui muito bem atendida na minha expectativa. No geral tudo correu bem. Só achei taxação de 10 % sobre tudo fora de prepósito. Geralmente não acontece assim nos hotéis que já fui. Observarei melhor aqui no aplicativo essa diferença de valor numa próxima hospedagem.

Em geral o hotel é excelente, a limpeza é muito boa , roupas de cama bem limpas, cama muito confortável. Atendimento muito bom! A localização é muito boa. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e educados. O restaurante é muito agradável, a funcionária Camila é maravilhosa, muito atenciosa e prestativa, já a outra que não sei o nome não posso dizer o mesmo, sempre que eu pedia uma torrada e ovos mexidos ela demorava muito a trazer e quando trazia já estava tudo frio. A impressão que tive que ela não tem interesse em cumprir sua função de qualidade como os outros funcionários.

Profissionais muito atenciosos (todos). Café da manhã excelente. O que deixa a desejar é a falta de placas indicando a entrada do Hotel, pois o trânsito em Petrópolis é muito confuso e com motoristas sempre agressivos, principalmente os das linhas de ônibus.

A equipe do hotel é atenciosa e prestativa, sempre atendiam aos hóspedes muito bem. Durante o check-out reconheci um gasto que havia realizado no dia que entrei no hotel, porém por algum equívoco da cozinha a comanda não foi encontrada. Eu e a minha esposa queríamos pagar, com a comanda não foi localizada a atendente nos disse que ficaria como cortesia do estabelecimento e que o erro não foi nosso.

Surpresa com adicional de 10% ao final da estadia.

Foi uma boa estadia, embora o chuveiro estivesse com imprecisões com relação a temperatura da água que hora variava para muito fria hora para muito quente sem sequer se mexer no abridor. Houve ainda um incidente com um pesado aparador de toalha que caiu em cima do pé. Por fim um final de experiência muito ruim com a inesperada cobrança de 10% por supostos serviços do hotel que não estavam previstos para a diária.
