Hotel excelente mas em decadência

A piscina térmica estava um pouco fria, o hotel no geral aparenta estar passando por dificuldades, já estive outras 3x e senti a diferença. Meu quarto alagou, um ralo do banheiro obstruido foi a causa. O funcionario conseguiu resolver e limpou o quarto, mas ficamos em funçao disso por volta de 1h, no check out não houve nenhum pedido de desculpas por parte do Hotel. A recreaçao nao tem todos os dias, e a área baby tb piorou. O parquinho coitado, nao ve uma tinta há anos. A quadra de tênis tb está precisando de restauraçao. E a parte de Tirolesa e arvorismo, estao desativadas. Uma pena ver o hotel cair tanto..precisando de uma boa administracao antes que feche. Fora de promocao, nao retorno, pq do jeito q está, nao está valendo a pena.

Nunca fiquem no quarto família número 45, é horrível, o ar condicionado não dá conta do quarto todo que é grande, pela manhã vc acorda com uma grande poça d'água produzida pelo ar , com sorte não levamos um baita tombo. a cama não é Queen , mas sim de casal e faz muito barulho , assim como as 2 camas de solteiro antigas. O banheiro é muito antigo tbm e precisa de reforma urgente, vc toma banho e molha boa parte do banheiro , pois só tem uma pequena divisória de vidro. A tv é pequena e antiga. Ah, esse quarto fica bem distante da piscina e do restaurante , preciso usar carro. Re

Gostei de tudo, local é lindo, confortável, atendimento rápido, café da manhã excelente. Só dou como sugestão reformar o banheiro, deixar mais clean, ter percepção de limpo, pois a estrutura é antiga e tudo muito escuro, não dá pra saber se foi limpo. No quarto que fiquei a água retornava dentro do box.

Em meio a natureza, area arborizada,linda ! Este hotel é para você entrar e só sair no dia de check-out, pois é longe da cidade, as margens da rodovia BR 040,com uma vista exuberante das montanhas e florestas,uma gostosa cachoeira refrescante no hotel,as principais instalações estão em boas condições como chalés(agua aquecida,banheira, tv,wifi,ar,funcionando)piscinas e restaurante que tem bom preço e boa comida,bom café da manhã,funcionarios atenciosos,outras coisas precisam de uma atenção como toalhas que estavam rasgadas e manchadas,pedalinho dá para usar mas estava sem o pedal e agua da chuva dentro,tacos de sinuca precisam ser trocados,parquinho precisa de uma boa fachina para a criança conseguir brincar,um conselho é escolher os chales que ficam próximos ao rio que corta o hotel onde só se consegue ouvir o som do rio e o canto dos passaros pois o Chalé Imperial (onde fiquei hospedado)e os Chalés Família que são para 4 pessoas,se escuta o trânsito da BR 040,nada que atrapalhe pois fechando as janelas e porta já não se houve o barulho,no demais adorei a minha hospedagem e já tenho Chalés reservados para retornar com toda a família!

No geral é satisfatório. Gostamos.

Lugar de muita Paz e tranquilidade. Ja é a segunda vez que vamos. Dessa vez tinha um pet que latia sem parar. Isso foi bem chato. O box estava sem prateleira. Caiu e nao fizeram manutenção. Precisam da mais atenção em entretenimento e na cozinha. Bem fraquinho nesse sentido.

Hospedagem tranquila e preço justo

O hotel é uma delícia, um verdadeiro refúgio em meio à natureza da serra de Petrópolis, sendo mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos. Viajamos num final de semana chuvoso e mais frio, mas o hotel tem opções para acomodar os hóspedes independentemente do clima. A piscina coberta é aquecida e muito boa. A sauna estava funcionando perfeitamente e o salão de jogos também fica num local fechado, então é possível aproveitar mesmo no frio. O café da manhã é bem servido, com opções de bebidas quentes e frias, iogurtes, cereais, pães, bolos e acompanhamentos. O grande destaque vai para as áreas externas, que são lindas para passear e fazer fotos. A cachoeira também é legal e de fácil acesso. Para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, não recomendo se hospedar lá, pois os caminhos são de pedra e muitas vezes ligados por escadas, apenas. As roupas de cama e banho estavam limpas e cheirosas, o banheiro do quarto é espaçoso e conta com amenidades e secador de cabelo. Os pontos negativos foram a limpeza e manutenção do quarto, que pode melhorar. Ficamos no quarto 16A e o chuveiro não esquentava direito, o ar condicionado não funcionava e a limpeza ficou a desejar. Por exemplo, estava andando descalça no quarto e pisei em algo estranho. Quando vi, era uma agulha de costura que estava caída no chão. Não me machuquei, mas acho que foi uma desatenção na limpeza. Fora isso, voltaria ao hotel com mais tempo para aproveitar melhor tudo que ele oferece.
