"Aankomst was in het donker, waardoor we het appartement 2 keer voorbij gereden waren. Sleutel lag in een kluisje verderop, prima geregeld. Appartement is prima, enigszins wat verouderd. Mooi terras beneden en een groot dakterras. Zwembad is heerlijk en 24/7 open. Airco living ging kapot (in augustus echt een must) en werd snel gemaakt. Na 2 dagen ging deze weer kapot, maar is daarna niet meer gemaakt. De wasmachine begaf het ook tijdens onze vakantie, maar werd binnen een paar dagen vervangen...

"Pros: The host was answering fast to all our questions, check in and check out very easy even if we arrived after 23h. The apartment is located close to the sea and markets, very good location. "Un très bon hôtel pour un séjour proche de Palma. Le rapport qualité prix est très raisonnable. Le personnel est très agréable et l’hôtel en lui même est très beau. Le brunch le matin est assez diversifié tous les jours ce qui est agréable. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel ! Par contre il est quasi nécessaire de louer une voiture dans ce coin là puisque l’emplacement n’est pas très dynamique."

"I recently stayed at Grupotel Marítimo in Mallorca. While there are some strong positives, the drawbacks significantly affected my overall experience. Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely went above and beyond throughout the stay. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was a standout, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. Cons: Sound insulation between rooms is extremely poor. You can clearly hear conversations and noise from neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. The hotel allows smoking, and cigarette smoke regularly drifts into rooms from nearby balconies. This was a major inconvenience and made the room uncomfortable at times. Overall: Grupotel Marítimo offers great service, a convenient location, and a fantastic breakfast, but improvements in soundproofing and stricter controls around smoking would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"The spa including the indoor pool & sauna needed to be pre-booked which was a little bit inconvenient. The hotel itself is beautiful and really big. A short walk away from the beach and far enough to drown our the noise from the main strip. Housekeeping could have been better, the room was refreshed minimally and wasn't a full housekeeping service, just a turndown service and towel change. We had the half board which was great but only few veg options and soft drinks were not included. Overall a lovely hotel and enjoyable stay- lovely designed hotel."
