We were only staying in Paris for a night and if that is your plan then this hotel will be fine. Overall, the beds were comfortable (albeit slightly too soft for our liking) and we slept well. The triple room we were given was more like a double which they had squeezed a third bed into, so I would book two rooms if there is three of you. Apart from that, no other issues - central-ish location for Montmartre (about a 10/15 minute walk to main Montmartre), and very close to the Metro and Gare du Nord station so a good spot to visit other part of the city / region if you want to stay here for longer.

Our favorite part about our stay was that everyday at 3pm, coffee, tea, and cake were served in the lobby. It was delicious! The rooms were clean. However, we did notice there was black mold in our shower. The hotel seems to be a little older and one of the rooms was completely gutted and getting a makeover, so construction was going on. Overall, the staff was very nice. We had a good time.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I just love it. The location, the staff, the beautiful rooms, the breakfast! I cannot find one bad thing to say about this hotel. We ended up extending our trip by two days and the hotel was booked but the staff worked hard to let us keep our room the last two days and we didn’t have to change hotels, thank goodness.

My wife and I stayed at Hôtel Gramont 17 years ago, before we had children, and always hoped we would return one day. This time, we came back with our two kids, and the experience did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, comfortable, beautifully located, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like coming home and created a special full-circle moment for our family. We also ate several times at Caffè Concerto downstairs, Chez Massimo et Michele, and the experience was exceptional. The food was excellent, but the warmth and hospitality made it unforgettable. One night, we returned late after seeing the Eiffel Tower illuminated, and the kitchen had already closed. Michele still thoughtfully sent us fresh zucchini and peppers, along with the best tiramisu we have ever had. From our first day to our final meal, we were treated like family. We left with hugs and kisses and memories our children will always cherish. Thank you to everyone at Hôtel Gramont and Chez Massimo et Michele for making our return to Paris so meaningful. We cannot wait to come back.

Canadian travellers here! The location was relatively safe but on a tight secluded street. It was not very close to any good restaurants or cafes; a ~15-20 min walk to anything decent. We had to call down to get new sheets as there was hair & stains on them when we arrived. The bathroom was very small but clean. The carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed before. Overall the price point reflected the quality of the room. Staff was helpful and friendly. We booked 1 bed but got a room with 2 beds so it was very spacious.
