Our newly renovated historical Mill House is a charming cottage that features light and airy farmhouse decor and a functioning water wheel. This is the perfect place to enjoy relaxation or adventurous activities such as fishing, hiking, caving, white water rafting, and so much more! The space \-Sleeps up to 8 \-1,700 square feet \-1 queen bedroom one and bedroom two downstairs, two full beds in each bedroom upstairs \-1 full bathroom with a shower stocked with towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and hand soap \-Full kitchen stocked with dishware, glasses, silverware, cooking ware, toaster, microwave, Coffee maker (3 complimentary coffee pods) \-Dining table with seating for 8 \-TV with a DVD and BlueRay player only are included in the cabin. \-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash not included \-Wifi available in cabin \-Daily housekeeping not included--cabin is cleaned between stays After a day of hiking, fishing, and adventures around the estate and surounding areas, your family can relax and unwind while enjoying a meal cooked on the parkstyle charcoal grill (charcoal not included) and hang out by the fire pit (firewood not included but available for purchase). Our Mill House is located right at the start of our property line on the road before our gate. Guests staying in the Mill House may have access to the rest of the estate past the gate. We had a great time staying at The Mill House. We were able to communicate all our needs with the owners (Carlin) and felt very comfortable and safe there. The kitchen is really well stocked. We all slept great and the area is very quiet. The whole set-up of the house next to the water was so relaxing. We enjoyed local pizza and then a cake from Sugar Mountain Bakery! Highly recommended for sweet treats! There is so much to do in the area. We went to Lost World Caverns and hiking another day. We also had a little issue with the kitchen sink, but management was very responsive and helped resolve the issue. We rented this house to meet friends for a weekend getaway, with the intention of mostly hanging around the house, cooking, and relaxing. The home was so clean and had great space for both couples and our children. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was decorated nicely and well maintained.
