Disabled double room was no bigger than a normal double room. Manoeuvring a wheel-chair around the foot of the bed was difficult and meant squeezing past the TV stand. Could not get wheel-chair along side of the bed, so had to use the other side. Shower/WC room too small to use washbasin from wheel-chair without it sticking out into the bedroom and unable to close bathroom door. Similarly lack of space made it impossible to use WC without wheel-chair sticking out into the bedroom and unable to...

Beautiful grounds surround this mix of well planned old and modern hotel. A very pleasant place to stay.

Loved room. LOVED dove hair and body wash as forgot shampoo and it was amazing. Room service not great. No answer and took ages for a wrap. I was on a quick turnaround with work so this was quite stressful. But check in staff made it work. Amazing lunch next day. Lovely staff and delicious food.

Good

Great place to stop over,

A spacious hotel with ample free parking for residents. Checking in was very professional, with clear direction how to getcti your room. My room spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Free wifi. Refridgerator and coffee, tea etc. Fresh milk and chilled water were available from a drink dispenser. Breakfast service is fantastic and was included with my room price. All staff I had contact with were very friendly and professional.

Absolutely loved our stay! Lovely clean room, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food and amenities.

Brilliant staff. Began with great welcome by receptionist and then continued with excellent service and attitude from all staff members. Such a rare find following COVID period which seems to have given the hotel chains and excuse to provide appalling service

A fantastic stay with the most friendly staff. Staff were very prompt at accepting requests and catering to our needs. Quick check in and check out. Kids throughly enjoyed the pool during the stay. Would highly recommend the place.

Stayed here while visiting Cambridge for a few days. Great hotel with lovely bar and restaurant area and Starbucks. We had lunch in the bar on arrival and dinner in the restaurant the following night and the food was excellent in both. My only niggle would be that the service was a bit slow at times. Breakfast was good with the usual buffet of cereals, hot foods and pastries. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Free parking at the hotel for hotel guests and plenty of spaces. There’s a...

Another fantastic stay and can’t say thank you enough to Fern for the chocolate brownies and making it a great birthday memory
