* Two bedrooms upstairs, connected by a walk-through layout
* A second bathroom and an additional TV with Netflix upstairs

Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit, including the living room, kitchen, both bathrooms, and two bedrooms. Enjoy the shared backyard, and if you'd like to use the barbecue, simply let us know to arrange a time.

Additional Details:
* Parking: The driveway is shared with the neighboring unit and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also available, and I’ll reimburse parking tickets if needed.
* BBQ: If you plan to use the propane grill, please notify us in advance to reserve a time slot.

* The second bedroom is a walk-through to the main bedroom.
