Our holiday home Piana dei Greci is surrounded by a family-run olive grove two kilometers away from the sea and the heart of Peschici. The holiday home is surrounded by lush olive trees, a well-kept garden and a vegetable garden. It is multi-equipped and equipped with all comforts, in the name of a comfortable and peaceful holiday. Guests can also use the brand new MTB bicycles to go for walks or hikes and the ping pong table, but they will have access to the entire property, enjoy the olive trees, pick up products from our vegetable garden, of which, depending on the season, they will be able to use the products: various types of vegetables, grapes, peaches, figs. It is totally white in perfect Apulian style, with typical architectural reliefs of the place. EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION OF THE STRUCTURE Equipped with an outdoor veranda with table and chairs, where you can have lunch or dinner among the olive trees, a small balcony with a very nice architectural detail of the typical domed houses of Peschici. To complete, there are: washing machine, barbecue, sink where you can wash objects or clothing and two drinking fountains. There is a solarium with deck chairs on the terrace for relaxing or sunbathing. Furthermore, parking for cars is ensured within the holiday complex. INTERNAL DESCRIPTION OF THE 2 APARTMENTS The two-room apartment is located on a mezzanine floor. It is composed of a double bedroom with an external balcony, complete with bedside tables and a large wardrobe, air conditioning and a lockable door; a living room with kitchenette, fridge, color TV and single or bunk bed on one side; internal bathroom with hot shower. The unit is complete with dishes, cutlery, cookware, tableware, bathroom and bed linen. We adopt the ALL INCLUSIVE formula, and in fact the prices include: \-air conditioning; \-all consumption; \-Bed linen and towels; \-use washing machine, barbecue; \-final cleaning. Free microwave and cot for small children are available on request. POSITION Our holiday home is located in the flat countryside of Peschici called Calena. Nearby is the homonymous medieval abbey. At 100 meters there is a sports center where you can find tennis, soccer, basketball courts. Not far away there is also a kart track. The accommodation is easily accessible by car, which we recommend. SERVICES: There is a centralized system for TV, private services, air conditioning, internal parking, shared washing machine, common barbecue, garden, solarium with deck chairs, first aid kit, bicycles and ping pong table. Free Wi-Fi internet available. Market and bars and other services are places not far away. We owners will attend from time to time in a very discreet and respectful of your privacy and your holiday, for the care of the garden and if you want some advice. By booking with us you can take advantage of special personalized services to make some excursions in the natural beauty of the Gargano or to the Tremiti Islands, considered an agreement with a specialized local agency. Owners are very kind and careful. It's better to travel there by car. Downtown of Peschici and beaches located in several hundreds meters from home. Authentic restaurants around are good as well. But if you like to cook yourself, there are 2 good supermarkets nearby. If you travel with babies, the area around the home is closed, so kids may play everywhere and you don't afraid they will get lost or run into an accident outside. Our son was extremely happy spending time in the playground. The nature around is so nice so we'd like to spend more time in the forest. Great thanks to owners for excellent emotions! Локация дома замечательная, очень легко добраться до пляжей, а также центра Пескичи где находятся большое количество маленьких магазинчиков с фруктами, овощами и рыбопродуктами; все свежее, натуральное и вкусное. Дом продуман до мелочей, и все что вам нужно это только приехать и забыть на время обо всем, и наслаждаться отдыхом с вашими спутниками. Це місце нам дуже сподобалось, такий відпочинок є найкращий. Все що є на фото відповідає дійсності і хазяїва дуже привітні. Море просто незабутне і ви будете задоволені наявністю прекрасних пляжів. Дуже рекомендую розмовляти з сіньором Ніно і його синами; вони розкажуть куди поїхати і що побачити і який пляж є краще в залежності від напрямку вітру. He has organized a perfect place for a quiet relax and supported us with everything we needed. The location is really great, you can reach any beach and historical center in a few minutes although you live in a center of an Olive orchard. E' stata un'esperienza eccezionale, sotto ogni punto di vista. la casa è nuovissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, il rigoglioso giardino il fiore all'occhiello, grazie alle sapienti e costanti cure di Nino, il proprietario. Sempre disponibile e presente, ma con la giusta discrezione, egli ha saputo fornirci le "dritte" per gustare al meglio il nostro periodo di vacanza. Ha, inoltre, da uomo del sud, fatto di tutto per farci sentire a nostro agio, riuscendoci a pieno! Non da ultimo la villetta è situata in una posizione strategica, per cui mi sento di consigliarla a chiunque intenda soggiornare da quelle parti. Cercavamo relax e sole.. gli abbiamo trovati entrambi. Il primo, in questo appartamento dagli ampi spazi con una bella terrazza, pulito e ben attrezzato, immerso nella tranquillità del giardino di ulivi, lontano dal traffico del centro di Peschici e dai problemi di parcheggio! Il secondo, oltre che nel bel tempo, nel calore dei proprietari, di una cortesia infinita e sempre sorridenti. Il Sig. Nino, in particolar modo, si è reso disponibile con suggerimenti e aiuti che hanno contribuito a rendere questa vacanza perfetta. Die Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein schönes Appartement, sauber und gepflegt, das Haus ist umgeben von einem mediteranen Garten und befindet sich ganz in der Nähe des Ortes Peschici. Von dort aus kann man mit dem Auto alles gut erreichen. Peschici ist ein schöner lebendiger Ort, in dem trotz Tourismus noch italienisches Leben stattfindet. Sehr empfehlenswert! ##### Sigrid R. Bellissimo appartamento, pulito in un contesto tranquillo e ben curato. L'accoglienza del proprietario è stata impeccabile, gentilissimo e sempre presente e disponibile ma con discrezione. Al di là però della oggettiva positività del posto, il vero motivo per cui ci tornerei è il proprietario, il signor Nino. Una persona onesta e nobile d'animo come se ne vedono ormai poche in giro: massima disponibilità per qualsiasi richiesta, premura e interesse per i propri clienti, generosità (lascia i propri alberi da frutto a libera disposizione degli utenti) e cordialità. Scegliere una casa per le vacanze non è semplice ma se vi trovate dalle parti di Peschici, bellissimo borgo su di uno splendido mare, non potete non andare a casa di Nino e Loretta. Ci hanno accolto come famigliari, ci hanno consigliato dove andare, cosa fare e dove mangiare. E che dire della casa .. Tutto nuovo, pulito e ordinato come piace a noi. Trovare una casa per le vacanze ideale non è semplice, però se capitate dalle parti di Peschici, bellissimo borgo sul mare, non potete non andare negli appartamenti di Nino e Loretta. Scegliere una casa per le vacanze non è mai semplice, ma se vi trovate a Peschici (bellissimo borgo sul mare) non potete non andare negli appartamenti di Nino, Loretta e i due suoi figli. È bellissimo, nuovo, pulito e in ordine come piace a noi. Ci hanno accolto come famigliari, ci hanno dato consigli per cosa visitare, dove mangiare e dove fare la spesa. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Daniela M. 17 Aug 2015 #### Un buen retiro vicino a tutti i luoghi più belli d La villetta con 4 minialloggi è nuovissima e dotata di tutti i comfort (compreso ogni tipo di attrezzo d cucina). Ogni alloggio ha una piccola terrazza attrezzata per potere cenare sotto le stelle. Il giardino attorno, curatissimo dal sig. Nino, proprietario e padre di Raffaele che gestisce la casa vacanze, è un oliveto, ricco di altri alberi da frutta (peschi, meli), vigne e un ricco orto. I proprietari metodo a disposizione dei clienti i frutti del loro giardino. La spiaggia più vicina (1,5 km) non è la più bella, ma lì c'è l'imbarco per le Tremiti (da non perdere). Per raggiungere le cale più affascinanti (Cala Lunga, Cala Zaiana, occorre percorrere circa 5 km, ma ne vale la pena. A 5 minuti c'è il centro storico di Peschici, bellissimo, ma da evitare nei giorni della festa patronale. La villetta è a poche centinaia di metri dalla statale che conduce a Vieste, alla Foresta Umbra, a Monte Sant'Angelo e S. Giovanni Rotondo. Il Gargano è a portata di mano nella sua totalità. Raffaele e il sig. Nino sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi a risolvere ogni problema e metton in contatto con tutte le agenzie di servizi turistici del territorio. ##### Daniela M. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### franco m. 9 Jul 2015 #### Wonderfull E' stato molto piacevole soggiornare in questa casa vacanza per svariati motivi: -la struttura è di recentissima costruzione, immersa in uno splendido giardino molto curato e in un bellissimo uliveto; -la casa è poco distante dal mare e dal centro storico di Peschici ( stupendo borgo ), facilmente raggiungibile in auto ( un paio di minuti ) o anche con le bici che sono disponibili ( 5 minuti ); -gli appartamenti rispecchiano alla lettera le indicazioni fornite dai proprietari: sono infatti nuovi, molto puliti, ben tenuti, ordinati e dotati di tutto ciò che serve per la quotidianità; -i proprietari, il signor Nino e la signora Loretta, sono molto gentili, disponibili, laboriosi e instancabilmente impegnati a mantenere in ordine casa e giardino. Siamo stati particolarmente colpiti dal loro senso dell'onestà e dalla loro generosità: hanno fatto il possibile per rendere piacevole la nostra vacanza, fornendoci ottime indicazioni sui luoghi caratteristici da visitare e su dove poter gustare le prelibatezze della cucina del luogo.
