The air-conditioned apartment is part of a large villa divided into several apartments that make up a small family-run residence. The property has: the fenced parking space to accommodate the car inside the property, the garden, the barbecue, the coin-operated washing machine, a playground, WiFi and a brand new swimming pool with panoramic views.
