"Makulátlan tisztaságban találtam a szobát! A személyzet nagyon kedves, intuitívan segítőkész volt, és a nyelvi akadályokat könnyen átíveltük egy mosollyal, mutogatással vagy fordító alkalmazás segítségével. A hely védett és nagyon kellemes kertje, közösségi része van. 1-2 dolog ami meglepetés képpen ért de mégis könnyen alkalmazkodtam. A szobákban a meleg és páratartalom miatt (gondolom) van egy ajtó mentes szúnyoghálózott ablak a szoba tetejénél. Ez a zaj és a kabócák miatt lehet akár...

"The boat journey is exciting and comfortable despite being 8 hrs up river and 5 back. If lucky u meet the researchers and hear about their ingenious projects focused on the flora and fauna and the staff are attentive and wonderful as is the food. We were up at 4.30 most mornings which is no sweat as u go to bed about 9 pm. The clay licks are disappointing this time of year as the Macaws come rarely and the smaller birds fear the hawks without the macaws on the lick...but the birds accumulate...

"風呂付きの部屋を予約しましたが、風呂場は立派なのに湯どころか水も出ませんでした。到着が20時近くとても寒かったので結果的に風呂はいらなかったですが、掲載している限りはやはり使える風呂であってほしいです。でも翌朝、浮島の生活を見ると設備に期待してはいけないとわかりました。私たちはプーノ駅に18時過ぎに到着し、翌日の昼にはフリアカ空港出発というプランで時間は少なかったですが、送迎や短時間での近隣の観光のアレンジについては抜群でした。ワッツアップの返信も速いし、ご主人の英語や客の需要を理解する力もすばらしかったです。"

"Nothing special offered at 5 star hotel. Early check in extra charge , upgrade extra charge . We were paying much more than the going rate on that day but nothing more offered like extra breakfast that was not originally included. We planned to stay in the same hotel fier 2 nights on our way back to Lima but I canceled this stay. Much better prices with same amenities close by"

"The staff that I met were lovely. Nice, smiley and helpful. As always communicating on the Expedia app was a nightmare and the messages took ages to be answered. I don’t know if this is about the Expedia app or the Hotel’s ability to answer messages? As an international traveller, which I imagine many hotel users are, it would be so much better if the hotel managed a WhatsApp account so we could text. In particular I had to message to ask about the shuttle from the airport. Everyone who books an airport Hotel wants a shuttle from the airport. Why do I have to ask this information? It should be provided automatically. Having said that the bar was lovely and it had a pool table 😊. The room was fine but the bathroom had some interesting noises from the plumbing but actually everything worked well and I would recommend this."

"Absolutely amazing accommodation in Cusco, on a quiet street with great staff and amenities. The rooms were modern and clean, breakfast was great and also homemade by the wonderful Karina and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. Taxis are always available in the area and would cost you less than $2 so don’t worry about location. The great value for price - would definitely recommend to anyone!"

"Location to the Airport!!! If flying into Lima with a late afternoon or evening arrival and then plan on Cusco Flight the next day? Via SkyAir?.. This the best place.. You can walk 400 feet from the airport to the hotel. Wonderful Breakfast, bar and really nice people. One of the best calls I made on our entire trip to Peru. The hotel has wonderful amenities and I only wish that we could have entertain them all. Next Time!"

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We did an in room massage that was perfect. Our room, bedding and shower was great. We did stay in a room with a balcony that was on the main road, which is a bit loud. Location was excellent and easy to walk to anything you need."
