Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)

The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great.
Overall enjoyed our stay, thank uoy to reception team for being so helpful and welcoming, bar and restaurant staff for their great service.

Wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable room, nice bedding, wonderful staff. The only thing I would have is a proper fridge in the room. There is one but it is set up for the mini bar. Spa facilities were extensive and extremely well maintained. Every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Housekeeping has to be commended. Will definitely return.
