One block off Hay Street Mall. Downtown

Posted 20-Nov-2015
Pros: Not much. Locale is where many homeless people sleep, defecate and urinate in shop doorways.
Cons: Get rid of the nightclub to start with and pressure local authorities to move the homeless.
Location: Close to Hay Street Mall - Downtown. Avoid the beggers and homeless at night.
Ended up in a room above a nightclub. Beware of ALL ROOMS opposite elevator doors. The noise is relentless. I was moved to another room, fortunately they had one available.

Good hotel if you're on a budget.

Posted 18-Nov-2015
Pros: Pleasant ambiance and décor, friendly staff.
Cons: Don't know how they could make the rooms bigger except by having smaller beds.
Location: Near heaps of eating places, shopping, walk to the river, WA Art Gallery, Museum and railway station to visit Fremantle or other suburbs.
Good location in the heart of the city, pleasant décor and friendly staff. Good value for money. The downside is the size of the rooms, they are tiny. I would prefer a smaller bed and more room around it, don't know why they would put queen size beds in such small rooms. Ok for one person or two with no luggage. We didn't eat there so can't comment on the food.

Good hotel with golden location

Posted 13-Nov-2015
Pros: Golden and convenient hotel.
Cons: The air conditioner couldn't be turned off or adjusted. A little bit inconvenient.
Location: Close to city center. Swan river, London court and the train station are all within walking distance.
It's a good hotel with a very nice location. Close to the city center and the shopping malls. Lots of downtown places are within walking distance. I got an upgrade to my room. The room is not big but has everything you need. Shower is comfortable. And so is the bed. I had an emergency on the last morning but the hotel staff was very helpful and got a taxi for me quickly. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Small, functional place to stay close to the CBD

Posted 12-Nov-2015
Pros: Location and availability of feed nearby.
Cons: Needs a table/chair and a place to keep luggage.
Location: Close to CBD as wella s Northbridge.
Small conveniently located hotel with an attached pub for food and drinks. The Queen room was small but had the amenities barring a place to place your luggage and a table/chair for guests who might visit you. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would recommend this room only if travelling alone. I am hopeful the other bigger rooms will have a much better outlook.

Pros: nothing
Cons: na
Location: na
Booked a double room. I was surprised at the size of the room, it was too small for two people. were were crammed in. The worst part was when I had to pay for those bottles of water that you see in the room. I didn't know they were for sale and since I was really tired after an hour journey I'd drank a couple and then had to pay for them. why would you put them in the room if Im not allowed to drink them. waster of space an an already small room. overall disappointed.

Good Location, bad access if you have a car

Posted 07-Nov-2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Tell people the room is tiny - it is a bed not the room
Location: NA
The room is ridiculously small - it did not mention this on the booking - closest to a back packer hotel

Close to shopping and tourist amenities

Posted 18-Oct-2015
Hotel is convenient to shopping, restaurants, tours and ferries. It is very walkable and a secure hotel. Be aware that hotel has stairs from street level to lobby and no clear option available so it might be a challenge for persons with impaired mobility. No problem for me and I would stay again. Room can be noisy from bar noise (played good music though). It has slow internet which was disappointing however Perth city has free internet throughout cbd within a block which is better. I would stay again.

Pros: ロケーション
Cons:

Pros:
