Location. I had a function at The Camfield next to Optus Stadium. I walked over the Matagurup Bridge to attend, and staggered back for a one night stay. A bed for the night, coffee in the morning, and a place to securely park my car had served its purpose well.

Ms Anu. was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. They truly made us feel valued as a guest. The motel is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the motel is also excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this motel is a perfect choice. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Baileys Motel, East Perth and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel with outstanding customer service. Not sure if this is an old property running down or new owners just taking over a run down property. Ceryainly noy 5 star . This is the first time we have stayed here, will probaly try again . Great italian restaurant on the premises.

Easy free parking inside motel area. Quick check in. Only 15 minute walk to optus stadium. Good room to sleep and rest your head. Will go again. Just remember a $100 safety deposit is taken at check in and returned upon check out.
