  • Charming ground-floor apartment 200 metres from Trestraou beach and 900 metres from the centre of Perros-Guirec (numerous shops), in a beautiful pink granite residence. 43 m² - 1 bedroom - 1 quiet garden - sleeps 3-4 - WIFI. Ideal for a couple or a family. Excellent amenities. The accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen opening onto a terrace and a small garden (20 m²), with a table and chairs, very pleasant. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, etc.), bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed, newly renovated shower room/WC with Washing machine. The sofa bed (best suited for one person) in the living room can be used as an extra bed. A travel cot and high chair are available. Sheets and towels are provided on request (€20 per person) for rentals of one week or more. Please note: cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.
