I was delighted with my stay. My room was huge, with a bath as well as shower. Lovely views from the roof top balconies of the mountain behind, or sea peeps from the front. Very close to the best part of the beach, and a hop away via the shortcut to the church, which is also where the buses go to Fira, and the delightful little ferry boat just round the headland to Kamari - recommended. Great staff and lovely property. The reception team were absolutely fantastic, lovely check in with enthusiastic staff that answered all questions and offered any information we needed. Please ignore those negative comments. BlackRock Villa suite is well worth a visit. ♥️ We didn’t expect our room to have fresh bed linen or a change of towels every day. Amazing hotel with a very friendly staff. The manager Nek is very nice and available all the time. The view is just magical. We had the best sunset view from the jacuzzi. The hotel is very accessible. A parking is right next to the entrance of the village. You have all the nice restaurants outside the hotel and still it is very quiet. We’ll definitely come back here.
