Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.

A fantastic spot from which to explore the Kerala backwaters. The hotel organised a half-day Sikkara boat tour and for the remainder of our (too short) stay we relaxed by the pool and dined on the beach. Recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and every area of the hotel reflected excellent upkeep and attention to detail.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff and management. Everyone was warm, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. The management team clearly takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and their professionalism was evident throughout my stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, well-managed facilities, and a memorable stay. I would be delighted to return in the future.
