Apartment T2 any comfort, done again for nine of 35m ² in a building located on the most pretty and pleasant squares of Perigueux, consisting of equipped kitchen (fridge, oven and microwave, washing machine, plate induction, cookware, caffetiere, toaster) living room with flat screen, internet, double sofa bed, separate toilet, separate bedroom 140x200 double bed, closet and bathroom with shower.
Knowing that during the renovations (2012 - 2013) the apartment has received thermal and sound insulation to fully enjoy the joys of downtown without the disadvantages.
Ideally located in the heart of the old town on the Place Saint Louis close to free parking (but also possibility of subscription to the week for € 28 in a Vinci underground 100m) and pedestrian streets, where you will discover our various restaurants gastronomic, our shops, the regional markets, the animations, as well as the tourist places like the cathedral st front and the Gallo-Roman city, the lovers of the walk will benefit from the old streets and 40 kms of green way.
